Steps to Receive Medical Cannabis
1. Register with MMCC to Obtain Patient ID
Register with the MMCC to receive a patient ID. Upon registering you will receive your patient ID from the state, a patient ID is needed to reserve an appointment with a medical provider.
2. Provider Consultation
Meet with a certifying provider who will evaluate and consult with you to gain an understanding of your current ailments. Be sure to bring your medical records to your consultation. For more information on what records are required contact the consulting providers office prior to your visit.
3. Purchase Your Medicine!
