Highly skilled at solving complex problems while being an agent of change, “Darby” as he is nearly universally known, has led PAH from its earliest days. His drive and passion for bringing new medicinal solutions to patients on the Lower Shore of Maryland has helped changed the face of the medical cannabis industry in the region with an approach dedicated to professionalism

Darby comes to PAH as a successful serial entrepreneur. He has launched and runs several start-ups, including an ATM supply company, a credit card processing company, and a franchisee of the Local Book phone books.

He earned a BA in political science at Salisbury University where he became very interested in the intersection of finance and technology. This skill set has allowed him to integrate a hi-touch/hi-tech approach to medical cannabis that reassures patients that the well-trained and diverse staff understand every aspect of the industry.

Today he works closely with many non-profit organizations, is a member of the Greater Salisbury Committee, and has served on the board of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce. 

A father of three daughters, Darby lives in Salisbury, Md. He is active in the local lacrosse community and spends his little downtime at the beach.
